Scroll #28 is located in the Feast Hall. It depicts the player's Father witnessing the Teslamancer genocide.

Normal Collection Method[]

After climbing to the top of the Feast Hall, go right, past the ladder that leads to Happy Ending, jumping from chandelier to chandelier until you reach the scroll.

Speedrun Collection Method[]

No special techniques have been discovered yet. Extended Blink Hitbox is not very feasible due to the height of the scroll in relation to the chandelier, and any setup time manipulating the chandeliers would negate the time savings from EBH.
