Scroll 23: Lone Ambition
Scroll #23 is located in the Fireproof room. It depicts The King beginning a crusade to foreign lands with his Soldiers as the Teslamancers observe from the Tesla Tower.
Normal Collection Method[]
Complete the puzzle by directing the Volt Walker into the two Robots so it reaches the bottom right area of the room and activates the Omega Block. This also lights up a block in the ceiling which you can grab with the red Magnetic Cloak. From there, blink left and switch polarity to blue cloak, then blink left again and collect the scroll.

Speedrun Collection Method[]
The puzzle can be skipped by targeting the Omega Block in the ceiling. Jump, blink, activate cloak, and punch the block all at once. From there, climb left a bit until you reach the edge of your magnetic attraction to the block, then use Extended Blink Hitbox to collect the scroll.
