Brazen Bull Skip

The intended method to pass the Brazen Bull room is to punch the Iron Lice blue, make them ride the field to the top of the room, and have their magnetism repel one onto the catwalk above the bull. You then grab the catwalk underneath the louse using the red cloak and cross the room following the louse's movement.

But that's way too slow for a speedrunner, and we like to be daring. There is a safe spot at the tip of the bull's horns which we can use as a landing point to jump and blink across the electric barrier and cross the room much faster.
